Ms. Li is also Founder & Executive Chair of the Greater Washington Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce, providing EquiRise with a proprietary cross-border network connecting institutional capital, family offices, and U.S. opportunities. As founder of Bright Horizons Education LLC and Shenzhen Hailong Education Group (est. 1999), she brings a quarter-century track record of building and scaling cross-border enterprises.
